KANSAS CITY, Mo. — More people are buying gluten-free products these days, but a survey shows that while many people think gluten-free food is ‘healthy’, they don’t really know why. Dietitian Randy Evans visited FOX 4 on Tuesday, Sept. 13 to explain gluten sensitivity symptoms and tips for people who are trying to go gluten-free. Evans also said that just because something is gluten-free, doesn’t make it healthier. Watch the video above for more.
