KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Doug Meffert with the Audubon Society shared what New Orleans has been doing and learned since Hurricane Katrine ripped through and destroyed portions of the city. Meffert also shared what the future of Louisiana looks as crews continue to rebuild the Gulf Coast.
