Dr. Loren Cordain, PhD, one of the pioneers of the Paelo movement and author of multiple New York Times Best-Selling books on the revolutionary diet, appeared on Monday's FOX 4 Morning Show to talk about how you can eat like a caveman and be healthy.
Cordais's four books are titled The Paleo Answer, The Paleo Diet for Athletes, The Paleo Diet, and The Paleo Diet Cookbook.
Dr. Cordain is in town for an event at St. Luke's Hospital. The Cardio Wellness Healthy Happy Hour will provide tips on how to reduce your risk of heart disease.
