KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Joseph Potts, a former Royals assistant strength and conditioning coach, stopped by the FOX 4 Morning Show to demonstrate simple exercises that put you in 'All-Star' training mode. He said exercises like push ups and lunges can give you similar results to pro athletes.
