Anti-inflammatory Green Juice
1.5 Prairie Star Farms local organic cucumbers
5 Bear Creek Farms organic kale leaves
1 peeled lemon
1 thumb-size piece of ginger
Optional: ½ cup peeled pineapple
Place all ingredients in a juicer and juice. Yields approximately 16-20 ounces.
