Lifestyle/Fitness Expert and founder of, Bianca Jade, joined FOX 4’s Kim Byrnes in the kitchen Tuesday morning.

A St. Louis native, Bianca,has amassed a following for “Giving women the scoop on what’s healthy.”

“The Healthiest of our Favorite Unhealthy Foods”
It’s winter, so lots of us tend to hibernate and eat the foods we love.

Bianca has found the healthiest versions of our guilty pleasures.

She says choose Modern Oats to-go cups instead of high sugar, gluten-filled cereals that aren’t healthy and give you wheat belly.

She says Modern Oats are made with real-food ingredients like oats, nuts, berries and are non-gmo. Fill them with hot water or get creative and turn them into a parfait or muesli.
Modern Oats oatmeal
Bircher Muesli

1 cup of Modern Oats, 4oz.
Milk, 2oz.
Cream, 1Tbsp.
Greek Yogurt
Fresh Berries, Honey

She also recommends:

  • Veggie chips
