KANSAS CITY, Mo. —  Sometimes we all need a helping paw. Real life rescue dogs take over the silver screen in a new family-friendly film, “Rescue Dogs The Movie,” and the woman behind it all has Kansas City ties. Producer Courtney Daniels visited FOX 4 to share about how the film is different from others and how the film helps support the growth of women in Hollywood.  The film comes out April 1 in 14 select cities, and then rolls out in an additional six cities across the nation throughout the month for a total of 20 cities.
