New book aims to make getting children to sleep easier for parents

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Every parent knows that sleep is extremely important for children, but parents say the daily "nap" routine is an exhaustive chore, so local therapist created a new book that she says will help parents with the tough task of getting their children to sleep. Pediatric occupational therapist and author Brandi Russell shares what inspired her to create "Snooze E. Sheep."
