Woman learns to walk again after gymnastics injury

At age 17, she suffered a spinal cord injury from gymnastics and was paralyzed as a result.

She's traveled extensively across the United States to find resources, talk to doctors with a variety of expertise and for a number of therapies -- some she refers to as "forward thinking." As a result, after years of hard work and persistence, she was able to walk again.
