KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A woman is in jail on child sex crime charges, accused of raping a boy.
Court documents say 20-year-old Nicole Porter got drunk and allegedly raped a 13-year-old boy at least twice.
In one instance, the boy claims porter threatened physical harm if he refused to drink then she pinned him down and forced him to have sex with her.
Court documents also reveal a notebook belonging to porter backs up that the pair had sex.
