SHAWNEE, Kan. — A Shawnee man was arrested and charged with rape on Wednesday.
Prosecutors charged Boris Jean Carlos Tobar-Cerrato, 29, with aggravated sexual battery and rape in connection to a case from September 15, 2015.
Tobar-Cerrato is being held with bond set at $100,000.
Tobar-Cerrato is expected to appear in court Wednesday at 1:30 p.m.
