KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The 84th Plaza Lighting Ceremony on the Country Club Plaza was another success and this year Rob Riggle had the honors of flipping the switch. FOX 4’s Abby Eden was there and spoke to one family that has a very unique holiday tradition.
