Accident causes power lines to fall on charter bus

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- A charter bus carrying University of Missouri Columbia students hit a power pole, knocking power lines onto the top of the bus.

Police said students were not injured and were in no real danger. Police said the accident happened around 11:20 a.m. when the driver suffered a medical condition and hit a power pole at Truman and Prospect in Kansas City, Mo.

The students got off the bus and were waiting for another bus to arrive to transport them.
