Bank robbery on Blue Ridge Blvd. being investigated

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Law enforcement agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation and KCPD are investigating a bank robbery that happened on Tuesday at the 4200 block of Blue Ridge Blvd. First Federal Bank was robbed by a six-foot tall white male suspect wearing a blue plaid shirt and jeans left the bank with an unknown amount of money.

The suspect is also described as a man in his late 30’s or early 40’s with an average build and dirty blonde or brown short hair. The suspect handed a teller a note demanding cash but did not display a weapon and nobody was injured. No suspect pictures or surveillance footage has been provided.
