Spalding understands the arrest and charge will be concerning for parents. The statement went on to say:

"We always put the safety of your children first and foremost with any program we offer. And, we will continue to keep safeguards in place for the protection of the children in our community."

Rollmann is being held on a $25,000 bond.  It's unknown when he will make his first appearance in Cass County.

The charges are a result of an investigation by the Cyber Crimes unit with the highway patrol. Their investigation continues.
