HARRISONVILLE, Mo. – The Cass County Sheriff’s Office stated in a news release that three children who were illegally taken by their mother have returned home with their father. Tabitha, Jasper and Jordan Davis were brought back by their father, Jamie Davis, over the weekend.

Their mother, Sherri L. O’Neal, was taken into police custody on October 16 in Calgary, Alberta and is currently awaiting a status hearing. Jacob Miers, O’Neal’s son from another relationship, was taken into custody at the Montana/Canada border and was extradited and booked into the Cass County Detention Center on Tuesday. He’s been charged as an accessory to interference with custody and is held on a $50,000 bond.
