Donation Helps EMS Crews in Raytown

RAYTOWN, — Firefighters & EMS workers in Raytown have new life saving equipment thanks to a generous donation. The Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation gave the department two new life-saving systems.

The cardiac support pumps allow emergency workers to give consistent chest compressions to victims during cardiac arrest. The cardiac pumps have an estimated value of more than $30,000.
