Family Wants Help Finding Man With Special Needs

INDEPENDENCE, Mo. — Police released a picture Tuesday of a 21-year-old man who hasn’t been seen since Saturday, April 14.

Brian T. Snow was last seen by his family at about 2:30 p.m. that day when he left his residence in the 4900 block of South Valley View in Independence.

Brian is a special needs person who must take medications on a daily basis and has not taken any since his disappearance.  His family says he left the residence riding a 20” bicycle (unknown color), wearing brown cowboy boots, blue jeans and a blue sweatshirt with a hoodie.

The photo of Brian was taken with his Special Olympics football team.  Brian is described as 5’ 8” tall, 160 lbs, blue eyes, red hair, and light complexion.
