KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A fire caused significant damage to a Kansas City, Mo., building late Tuesday night.
The fire broke out just after 11 p.m., near 11th and Tracy.
Kansas City, Mo., firefighters attacked the fire from the outside and bricks fell while they were trying to put out the fire.
The building was vacant. There is no word on how the fire started.
The “dangerous buildings” crew will conduct an inspection Wednesday morning to check out the building to see when the rest of it will come down.
The fire department has been called to the building at least eight times in the past two years.
