GRANDVIEW, Mo. — Police in Grandview are searching for at least two suspects who they say robbed a convenience store early Friday morning.

Police say the robbery happened at Zipz North in the 139000 block of U.S. 71 Highway around 2:30 a.m.

Police say there were at least two men involved. One of the suspects is described as having a handgun.

The suspects are described as males wearing mostly black. Police say they have masks or some kind of cloth covering their faces.

According to police, the suspects were last seen running south from the convenience store.

No injuries were reported in the armed robbery.

Police say the suspects could be connected to the string of robberies that happened in Kansas City, Missouri.
