Heat Kills Another in Kansas City

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Kansas City Health Department confirmed on Thursday that a man in his mid-sixties died as a result of the heat, bringing the total of heat-related deaths for the summer to two.

However, they are investigating eight other deaths as possible heat-related causes, including a man born in 1956, making him approximately 56 years old.
