KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The U.S. Marshals Service is auctioning off 25 high-end vehicles in Kansas City on Thursday. The vehicles are worth more than $1.5 million.

The cars include a 2006 Ford GT, a 2009 Mosler MT900S, a 2014 Ford Mustang Cobra Jet and a 2009 Ferrari 430 Scuderia. The cars were all confiscated during the criminal case against Thomas Hauk in the Western District of Missouri. Hauk pleaded guilty to a $4 million embezzlement scheme on December 22, 2015. Hauk’s case is currently in the sentencing phase. 

The auction starts at noon Thursday at KCI Auto Auction, 11101 N. Congress Ave. A preview will be held Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
