KANSAS CITY, Mo. — According to Kansas City Fire Department spokesperson, three people were displaced in a house fire Monday morning.

KCDF responded to a house fire around 8:16 a.m. at the 7000 block of NE 51st Street and found smoke and fire coming from the home.

The spokesperson said no injuries were reported but the house did sustain significant damages.

The cause of the fire is under investigation
