Resistance bands work muscles in both directions
12-15 reps per exercise, three times for toning
Target shoulders, triceps, biceps
Exercises: Side lateral raises
Bicep curls to tricep kick backs
Tricep press backs with a band
Push ups on knees for deep range of motion
Cardio exercise is also important for 30 minutes a day, as is balanced diet, limiting sugars, empty calories and balancing carbs, fats and proteins on your plate during each meal.
