KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The top three candidates competing in the Kansas gubernatorial race faced off in a debate Tuesday.
The Kansas Association of Broadcasters sponsored the debate for Republican Kris Kobach, Democrat Laura Kelly and Independent Greg Orman.
