MISSION, Kan. — Police told FOX4 that they do not suspect foul play in a death investigation Tuesday morning.
A delivery driver called 911 around 7 a.m. after noticing a body in a vehicle on the side of the Kansas License Bureau along Johnson Drive not far from 69-Highway.
The victim appeared to have died from a gunshot wound, according to a statement from Mission police.
The license bureau remained open during the investigation because police said there was not threat to the public.
The death investigation is happening on the side of the building.
