JACKSON COUNTY, Mo. — Are you interested in what’s going on with the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office? If so, there is a new phone app that allows the sheriff’s office to communicate with the community.
The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office app is a free download and is available to users of Android smart devices. The app will give users access to wanted criminals, lists of wanted non-custodial parents and detention center information. Users can also receive news directly from the sheriff’s office such as information about missing persons, weather warnings, crime and more.
“The app greatly improves our ability to serve the public, and that’s what we’re here for. “We’re thrilled that we can provide this to the community,” said Sheriff Sharp. The most beneficial and significant feature of this app is that it lets us get important information right to people’s fingertips.”
Users can search for the app on Google Play by searching MOJacksonSO.
