Kansas City ranked one of the snobbiest cities by travel magazine

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City, do you notice your nose in the air?
According to Travel and Leisure magazine, Kansas City is one of America’s Snobbiest Cities.

In the annual ‘America’s Favorite Cities’ survey, the magazine asked readers to rank 35 major metropolitan areas for certain key features.

To determine the snobbiest cities, they used features such as being aloof and acting like “smarty-pants”, as well as the availability of high-end shopping and classical music and theater, and coffee houses, as well as how eco-conscious the residents were.

The snobbiest city on the list is predictable, with San Francisco ranking #1.
