KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Three people were shot in the 6800 block of Manchester on Tuesday night. Kansas City police dispatchers tell FOX 4 that one is in critical condition, and at least two ambulances were called to the scene.
Police are searching for a suspect, but no description has been given.
