KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The Kansas City, Missouri City Council met Wednesday to discuss some serious topics, including human trafficking in the metro.

The U.S. Attorney for the Western District said human trafficking is a hidden crime, making it hard to detect.

FOX 4's Kathy Quinn tells us how the city plans to combat it.
