UPDATE: Kansas City police say Geremiah has been found and is safe.
KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City police are searching for a missing 9-year-old boy who ran away from home.
Geremiah Brewster was last seen at 2:47 p.m. Monday in the area of E. 37th and Wyoming streets.
He is described as 4-foot-9, weighing 60 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black Chiefs face mask, a gray shirt and khaki pants.
Anyone who sees him is asked to call 911 or the Kansas City Police Department’s missing person’s unit at 816-234-5136.
