KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The University of Kansas Medical Center’s police say a vehicle inside the Olathe parking garage, which is on the south side of KU Medical Center, caught on fire Wednesday just after 9 a.m., and the flames quickly spread to a nearby vehicle.
Firefighters were able to contain the flames to just two vehicles and prevent any injuries from occurring.
A spokesperson for the hospital says other vehicles in the garage may have smoke damage.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
