OLATHE, Kan. — A Mission man was charged on Wednesday with rape and sodomy of three victims, two of which were under the age of 14.
38-year-old Gilberto Zuniga-Guerrero faces four counts of rape and three counts of aggravated criminal sodomy in the Johnson County District Court, stemming from incidents dating back to 2014, and in May 2016.
Four charges involve a victim born in 2008, while two charges involve a victim born in 2011. One rape charge involves a victim born in 1987.
Zuniga-Guerrero’s bond is set at $250,000 cash. He is scheduled to appear in court Wednesday afternoon.
