Missouri State Highway Patrol investigating after Montana man drowns in Truman Lake

TIGHTWAD, Mo. — The Missouri State Highway Patrol is investigating after a man drowned in Truman Lake on Thursday.

The body of 57-year-old Lane M. Panasuk from Butte, Montana, was pulled from the Tebo Arm of the lake Thursday evening.

It’s unclear why the man was in the water. He was pronounced dead at the scene by the Henry County coroner.
