KANSAS CITY — A metro newspaper devoted to catching criminals is celebrating an awesome achievement! Kansas City’s Most Wanted Newspaper has helped get 300 criminals off the street.
The 300th felony arrest was made on Tuesday after an anonymous tip was called into the TIPS Hotline. Steve Sarver, the executive editor of the paper says the publication urges the community to help make the Kansas City area safe.
About 120 most wanted criminals from across the metro are featured in the paper. It costs $1 and is sold at more than 150 locations in the metro.
