GREEN RIDGE, Mo. — The bodies of a mother and son found inside a burning home in Pettis County, Mo., are being treated as a homicide, the sheriff’s office said Tuesday.
Barbara Hudson, 56, and Jeremiah Hudson, 26 were found Monday in far western Pettis County in Green Ridge, Mo. Both lived in the home, officials said.
The sheriff’s office did not release other details about the crime, but said authorities “processed the crime scene during the day Tuesday, collecting and recording evidence that may be useful in the case.”
More information is expected in the coming days, officials said.
