Sometimes we don’t get the Internet, but happen to love when we come across videos like these.
In the latest video to fill up your Facebook news feed, “Prancercise: A Fitness Workout” took off on Thursday.
It shows a woman, dressed in a cardigan and necklace while wearing white athletic gear.
Joanna Rohrback does just what the video name implies: prancing around while exercising.
“Let’s stop talking and do some walking,” she explains, with music cued and ankle weights in place. The video was originally published on Dec. 25, 2012, but took off on Thursday with more than 480,000 views as of this writing.
