KANSAS CITY, Mo. — One man has been killed and two other people have been injured Thursday night in a shooting in Kansas City.
KC police were called to the triple shooting inside an apartment complex near 26th and Van Brunt around 8 p.m.
Police said someone dropped off a male victim who died at a local hospital. That man was later identified as 21-year-old Darian Jackson. Another man suffered life-threatening injuries, and a woman was shot but is expected to be OK.
Details about what led up to the double shooting were not immediately available. Police have not released any suspect information at this time.
