OVERLAND PARK, Kan. -- An Overland Park home was destroyed in a fire caused by a charcoal grill Wednesday night, officials say.
The home, located on Windsor Street, was occupied, but fortunately, everyone inside the home got out safely.
Fire investigators believe a charcoal grill that was used earlier that night caused the large house fire. Investigators think the fire started on the home's deck before spreading to the rest of the home.
