Overland Park Man Murdered in Dallas

DALLAS — A young man who graduated from Shawnee Mission North High School was reportedly shot and killed Sunday night in Dallas after he and others got into an argument with a group of people.

According to the Dallas Morning News, Alexander Hock, 18, was shot about 10:15 p.m. Sunday in northwest Dallas. Two women were also shot, but they are expected to survive.

The women told police they got into an argument with a group of people at a lake, and as the group left, the women say someone shot at them from the car.

Hock was attending Lincoln College of Technology in Grand Prairie, Texas. The women are from the Dallas area.
