KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The controversy over gay marriage in Missouri has taken a new twist and it involves articles of impeachment filed against Governor Jay Nixon. The resolution claims Gov. Nixon is ignoring the Missouri Constitution by allowing same-sex couples to file joint tax returns.
