KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A pedestrian has died after a hit-and-run near Troost Avenue and East 86th Terrace on Saturday.
An unknown vehicle was traveling north on Troost when they struck a pedestrian who was crossing a roadway.
After hitting the pedestrian, the vehicle left the scene, heading north on Troost.
The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
