SHAWNEE, Kan. — Police hope to recover six pistols stolen during a business robbery in Shawnee. Officers were called to Shawnee Auto Pawn at 10704 Shawnee Mission Parkway just before 2 a.m. on Tuesday.
When they arrived, they found that someone had broken into the business through a side window. After doing inventory, the business owner found he was missing six guns.
Investigators are checking to see if there have been any other break ins at pawn shops with similar missing merchandise.
