LEE'S SUMMIT, Mo. -- Super Bowl Sunday, Steve Parker will have his heart and money set on the New York Giants.

"I think worst case scenario would be $3,000 to $4,000," said the owner of Minsky's Pizza in Lee's Summit, Steve Parker.

Parker is betting that the Giants will win the big game when they battle it out against the New England Patriots in Indianapolis.

"It's a great environment," said Parker.  "It's fun.  And it's just so much fun that I don't think I can lose.  If I do lose, I still win. So I'm happy either way."

And while he's confident his Giants will pull off a win, he knows the Patriots will being some tough competition.

"Anything over the middle and anything in the red zone is a huge threat," Parker said of his biggest Patriot concerns.  "It's extremely hard to bet against Tom Brady and New England Patriots Coach Bill Belichick, but I just felt with their poor secondary and with Eli Manning being on fire like he has lately, I felt like the Giants were the correct pick."

Here's how it works.  If the Giants lose on Sunday, everyone inside the Minsky's Pizza at 632 N.E. 291 Highway in Lee's Summit from kick off to the end of the game will eat and drink for free.  They'll also be entered to win $500 in a raffle.  If the Giants win, there will be no raffle and all patrons will pay their own tabs.

"We might be eat Ramon noodles for dinner," Parker's wife Micha joked. "I had to ask at the beginning of the week who was even playing in the Super Bowl.  I'm excited that it's all coming closer and hopefully the Giants will pull it out."

The Parker's are anticipating a packed house, not only because folks want to watch to game, but also because they want to see how the bet turns out as well.
