KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The suspect in a sexual exploitation case north of the river has died.

Platte County prosecutors say Anthony Snyder died Wednesday night.

He was out on bond and scheduled to be in court Wednesday.

Police charged Snyder after they say he offered cellphones to boys to watch sexually explicit videos, or do sexual things.

The prosecutor’s office says the criminal case is now over following his death.
