JOHNSON COUNTY, Kan. – Deputies with the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office responded to a fire call at 183rd and Clare Road at about 5:30 on Sunday morning. When they arrived they found a vehicle in a fully involved fire. They were able to extinguish the fire but discovered a dead body in the vehicle.
They have not identified the body yet but have detectives and members of the Johnson County Crime Lab are investigating the incident.
