
KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City police are searching for a man who they say robbed a convenience store last week.
According to police, the suspect entered the BP gas station in the 6200 block of Prospect around 9 p.m. on Sun., September 20. Police say employees of the gas station tried to detain the suspect after they noticed him shoplifting, but the suspect pulled out a gun and threatened the employees.

Officers says the suspect shot out the glass of the front door and fled from the scene. The suspect was last seen heading east on foot.
