Missing woman found in Northland; no foul play suspected

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Police and family confirmed Thursday that the body found in a field near Park Hill High School was that of Angela R. Cameron, who was reported missing over the weekend.

Police have been looking for the 29-year-old, last seen Saturday, January 3. Her relatives said she had an argument with family members that day and left on foot from the 8500 block of NW 81st Terrace between 11 a.m. and noon. She was walking toward Park Hill High School. Her family reported her missing to police and were concerned about her in the extremely cold conditions.

Her body was discovered Wednesday night near the intersection of N.W. Barry Rd. and N.W. Conant Ave.

After an examination by the medical examiner, it was determined that Cameron was not a victim of foul play.
