KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City police are asking for the public’s help to find two suspects who they say went on robbery spree. Police say the suspects robbed a Dollar General, a Corner Store, and a Subway Wednesday.
The robberies started Wednesday afternoon at the Dollar General at 11118 Blue Ridge Blvd.
Police say the two black males entered the Dollar General. One was armed with a small handgun and made an employee open the register while the other served as a look-out. Police say the suspects then hightailed out of the store.
About an hour and a half later, police say another robbery happened at the Corner Store in the 3600 block of N. Antioch. A suspect walked in with a handgun, this time wearing a ski mask. And the same scenario as the previous robbery, cleaned out the register and left.
The a few hours later, police say two men came into the Subway at 10401 Blue Ridge Blvd., one with a gun, the other again served as lookout as the gunman took the money from the register.
Police say first suspect was present in all three robberies. He is a black male wearing a blue hoodie shirt with horizontal white stripes. He is wearing a red shirt under the blue shirt and blue jeans.
The second suspect was present in the Dollar General robbery. He was a black male wearing a tan half zipper jacket, blue jeans and a beige floppy hat.
