Police seek dog involved in biting person

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. — Overland Park, Kan., police are looking for a dog that reportedly bit a person Friday morning.

It happened around 8 a.m. in the 7000 block of Mackey, police said.

The dog is described as an adult female Boxer with a brown coat and white chest. The dog did not have a leash and the victim said they do not remember seeing a collar.

The animal was last seen running in the area of West 76th and Kessler Streets, police said.

If you see the animal, do not approach it and instead call police at 913-895-6300.
